Fresh food is not always available. Especially right now. But I’ve got your back.

Presenting: Stuff You Have At Home - Pantry Edition. A delicious 7-day meal plan that can be made mostly from non-perishable staples. That you probably already have at..you guessed it..home.

This 7 Day Meal Plan (flexible!) is full of flavour and nutrients while also being accessible. No fancy ingredients here. We’re bringing it back to the basics with this plan. And if you do have some fresh produce, bonus! You can always add a side salad or roasted vegetables to any dish.

My hope is that this helps you decrease any current stress around food and nourishment while simultaneously sparking joy in the kitchen.

Bon appetit.

Note: For simplicity’s sake, meal plan was created for 2 people. If you’re cooking for one, cut recipes in half. Cooking for 4? Simply double them. Same goes for the grocery list.
